Outstanding service after a very frustrating experience with multiple prior repair attempts with Samsung service. I cannot see enough good things about the technician. He responded within minutes of my inquiry and arrived at our home within an hour and even had the part needed for a 2012 dryer when impressed me most was his knowledge inability to quickly diagnose and actually fix the issue. Something even Samsung had been unable to resolve after three separate visits thank you so much for your efficiency, professionalism and expertise. It is rare to find someone to respond in. Skilled highly recommended.
